Draw rod where good
The performance of the material under static stress is made up of 0.12% carbon steel (STKM12C), which is used as the carbon content of the pipe. In order to study the tensile properties of the material under static stress, a plane specimen with a thickness of 3MM WIDE 8mm was taken from the tie rod. Maximum loading for the 100kN hydraulic material testing system, using the loading rate of 0.2mm/min tensile test. The mechanical properties of the material are shown in table 1. The yield strength and tensile strength limit of 0.2% plastic strain are 485MPa and 535MPa respectively. The strength coefficient K and the strain hardening exponent n obtained from the regression analysis were 942.9MPa and 0.1225, respectively. Stress under static load
It is necessary to predict the fatigue life of a part to be specified in the test condition, because of the different period of load, the material shows different characteristics. The performance of the material under cyclic stress can be measured by the standard test samples and steps of the ASTM standard [5] in the United States. Because the fatigue life of the rod will be predicted in this study, so take the diameter of 5mm pull rod samples for low cycle fatigue test and strain controlled fatigue test. From the fatigue test of different degree of constant stress amplitude cyclic stress
